The remote, digital nomad life is excellent. But you know what makes it even sweeter?

Using a web browser that pays me for all of the time I spend on the internet.

How do I do this? It’s called Brave browser. Maybe you’ve heard of it.

I think I’ve mentioned it before. It’s not exactly some big secret.

I read about it a year ago before finally deciding to go all in and download it for full-time use 6 months ago.

Now that I’ve used Brave extensively for several months; and have even gone back and forth between using Brave and Chrome — I’m here to tell you it’s the browser you want and the one you need.

I’m talking to you, Google Chrome fanboys. (or fangirls)

I used to be a Google Chrome fanboy.

I use and love several of their products, including:

  • Chrome
  • Gmail
  • Google calendar
  • Google ads
  • Google analytics
  • Google page speed insights
  • Google Learning Courses

With such excellent digital products, why would I ever need a reason to abandon Chrome? The native Google browser that works great with everything?

Well, the grounds for doing so are pretty simple.

  1. Brave is faster than Chrome.
  2. Get Paid for viewing ads instead of… not?
  3. Better security — Brave blocks web trackers automatically

And you want to know the best part? You can one-click important all of your bookmarks and settings from Chrome into Brave after downloading.

Seriously. They make it insanely easy to do.

Oh yeah, and Google Chrome extensions work seamlessly with Brave because they are both built on top of the same software structure. (Chromium)

I’ve never had a single extension that didn’t work or download correctly because of using the Brave browser.

To get paid using Brave, all you have to do is connect a crypto wallet and then choose the frequency in which ads are displayed to you.

The more ads you choose to view, the more you’ll earn each month.

Using the internet as I usually would, I can accumulate BAT coins each month (the native Brave crypto token) that can be converted to cash, bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other crypto on my exchange.

And because Brave doesn’t keep or store any of your data and automatically blocks third-party trackers, this helps keep it wicked fast each time you boot up your internet.

So far this month, I’ve earned $9.33 for doing nothing other than using my internet as I normally would.

This won’t exactly pay your bills, but it may give you a free meal or some extra gas money at the end of the month for doing something you’d normally do anyway.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this for people who hadn’t yet heard of Brave.

It’s an awesome browser that pays you for viewing ads while maintaining higher security and better performance than Google Chrome.

If that sounds like something you’d be interested in, go check it out.

I hope this helps. Have an excellent rest of your day, and I’ll talk to you soon.

Matt
